For nearly two decades, our life has been a blend of big moves, tight budgets, fixer-uppers, resets, and God’s relentless grace. We’ve lived in tiny apartments, renovated homes during summer breaks, flipped properties, downsized on purpose, and built a rental for each of our five kids. Along the way, we discovered something that changed everything:

Through our own journey—through seasons of overwhelm, rebuilding, healing, and intentional living—we created a values-first framework called The PEACE Plan. It’s now the heart of our book Where Peace Lives, the backbone of our coaching, and the guiding philosophy behind how we help families buy, sell, and design lives that feel like home.
