Is there a person you’re angry with? Someone whose actions
you don’t approve of? (write down his or her name)

Please describe what you think is “wrong” about that person. What
should he or she do differently? What would make things
“right” in your experience?

Consider going to that place of peace inside you. To help
you get there you might think of a person you love, a baby,
an animal, nature, your God or spiritual teacher. You might
choose to place your hand over your heart.

From that place of loving, can you see another way you can
look at this person that gives you more peace?

Peace Key #1: Can you accept your differences?
Peace Key # 2: Can you love the person anyway?
Peace Key # 3: Can you forgive what this person
has done, imagining that, if you knew more of the person’s story,
you’d understand his or her actions?

How do you feel about that person now?
